David E. Deloury
The second-generation CEO of Deloury Industries, David has over 30 years of experience in construction services in Boston, MA. Building the business off of the hard work ethic that his father, John “Eddie” Deloury, established in the early 1960s, David has established himself as a leader within the industry. He is a lifelong resident of Andover, MA, and is happily married with four children.
Andrew Musto
Andrew is a passionate, growth-oriented executive with a track-record of success and an entrepreneurial, innovative perspective. In 15+ years leading a fast-growing, uniquely positioned pavement business, Andrew understands the importance of balancing a “boot strapping” mentality with the empathy, culture-focus, and energy to grow all elements of the business sustainably. Andrew brings the mix of construction industry expertise with the professionalization needed to adapt a technology for the real world.
Chris Ryder
Chris Ryder is the General Manager at Deloury Construction. He is responsible for managing all ongoing projects and overseeing all bidding estimates. Chris works closely with our customers and their engineering team to ensure each project is completed on time and within the budget. Chris’ experience as an estimator and project manager this division execute each job with precision and efficiency. He has established a vast network of vendors that allows us to provide competitive pricing for all types of site development jobs leading to many repeat customers.
